Azzaadi Systems respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. This policy explains how to report a claim of copyright infringement and how a valid claim is handled.

NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT — FILING A CLAIM

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@zahidazzaadi.com that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (ideally the exact URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact details — name, address, email address, and phone number.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Please note that under applicable law, a person who knowingly submits a false infringement claim may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION — RESTORING REMOVED MATERIAL

If material you posted was removed and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@zahidazzaadi.com including your name, address, phone number, identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. We may share your counter-notification with the original complaining party.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict or terminate access for anyone found to be a repeat infringer of others' intellectual property rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
