By accessing or using this website or purchasing any product from Azzaadi Systems ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

YOUR LICENCE

Each product you purchase includes a licence document that sets out exactly what you may and may not do with it. Some products are licensed for personal use only; others include Private Label Rights (PLR) / Resale Rights that allow you to rebrand and/or resell the product as described in that licence. The rights you receive — and any limits on the rights you may pass on to your own customers — are defined in the licence document included with that product, which takes precedence over any general summary on this page. Where a product includes free bonus items, those bonuses may carry personal-use-only terms even if the main product is rebrandable; check the licence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and legality of anything you create, publish, or resell using these materials, including compliance with copyright and with the advertising and earnings-claim rules of any platform you use.

If your licence permits reselling or rebranding, you are responsible for making honest, compliant claims and for including the correct licence terms for your own customers.

You are responsible for your own third-party AI accounts (such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini), including any API keys and usage costs.

You agree not to use these materials for spam, deceptive content, or any unlawful purpose.

AI-GENERATED OUTPUT

Our products guide you to use third-party AI tools. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before you rely on or publish it. Third-party AI providers may change their features, pricing, or availability at any time, and we are not responsible for those changes.

TRADEMARKS

All product, company, and service names referenced on this site and within our products — including but not limited to ChatGPT and OpenAI, Google and Google Gemini, Claude and Anthropic, Codex, and WarriorPlus — are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only, and their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, those owners. Azzaadi Systems and its products are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, WarriorPlus, or any other third party mentioned.

PAYMENTS

Purchases are processed through WarriorPlus and its supported payment processors, which may include PayPal and Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment processor used to complete your transaction.

REFUNDS

Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads containing editable source files, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer a 14-Day Technical Guarantee: if your download files are corrupted, unreadable, or missing components as described on the product's page, contact support@zahidazzaadi.com with your purchase details — and if we cannot provide working replacement files within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.

UK / EU CUSTOMERS — DIGITAL CONTENT AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase under UK/EU distance-selling rules. Because our products are digital content delivered to you immediately upon purchase, this right does not apply once download/access begins — but only if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and expressly acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel as a result. By completing your purchase and accessing your product, you confirm that you requested immediate delivery of this digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once delivery has begun. This is separate from, and does not affect, the 14-Day Technical Guarantee above, which still applies to defective files.

The organisation, design, graphics, and written content of this site (excluding material we licence to you as a product) are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of this site outside of the licensed products you purchase, without our prior written permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Products and this website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azzaadi Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our products. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always the one posted on this site, and your continued use of the site or products after a change means you accept the update.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
